Eligibility for Returns!
Within 7 days after receiving your order, you may begin the return process. The item must be new, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging along with the unique tag attached to the product, and in sellable condition in order to be eligible for a return. Please be aware that some items, such as intimate clothing or customized products, might not be returnable for hygienic or customization reasons. A flat INR 100 return fee will be applicable on all eligible returns unless the return is the result of our error.
Return Procedure!
To start a return or exchange, customers can now directly raise a return or exchange request from their profile. Simply log in to your STUPID LIFESTYLE account, go to the “My Orders” section, select the relevant item, and submit your request within 7 days of delivery. If necessary, our customer care team will guide you through any additional steps. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.
Refund Options!
We will begin processing your refund as soon as we receive and examine the returned item. Refunds can be made to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Please note that the flat INR 100 return fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, and initial shipping charges are not refundable.
Processing Time!
We make every effort to handle returns and process refunds as soon as possible. Refunds are normally completed within 3–5 business days after your return is accepted and received. Please be aware that, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges!
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may submit an exchange request directly through the “My Orders” section of your profile. Our team will assist you with the exchange process if the requested item is in stock. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchange requests.
Items that are Damaged or Incorrect!
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may request photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item. Once verified, we will work with you to provide a quick solution, whether it is a replacement, refund, or exchange.
